The vehicle itself was spotless, modern, and in excellent condition. You can immediately tell they truly care about the quality of their cars and their customers’ experience.
What truly sets them apart, though, is their unmatched customer service. I accidentally left the lights on and drained the battery, and Andy was at my Airbnb within minutes to help recharge it. That level of responsiveness and care is rare anywhere in the world.
Then, after I returned the car, I realized I had left my phone in the airport shuttle van. The driver immediately turned around and personally brought my phone back to me at the airport. That act alone saved my entire travel day and speaks volumes about the honesty and professionalism of this team.
This was hands-down one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Around Curaçao goes above and beyond in every way, and I will absolutely rent from them again on future visits to Curaçao. Highly, highly recommend!

Yes. Every rental comes with Collision Damage Waiver, Loss Damage Waiver, and third party liability. Your own risk is $350. One extra driver is free. Tires, glass, and the underside of the car are not covered, which is standard for every company on the island.
Yes. A valid license from your home country works, as long as it uses the Latin alphabet. You do not need an International Driving Permit. The minimum age for our cars is 21.
The policy is full to full. You get a full tank and bring it back full. Fuel prices are set by the government and adjusted each month. In 2026, gasoline runs about $1.40 per liter. The yellow pump is unleaded and the black pump is diesel. Fill up in Willemstad before you drive to Westpunt, because stations get scarce past Soto.
Yes, and it feels familiar to most visitors. You drive on the right, the same side as the United States and mainland Europe. Signs follow Dutch standards, there are no toll roads, and turning right on a red light is not allowed. At roundabouts, cars already in the circle usually go first. Watch for goats and iguanas on the quiet roads out west.
